well my idea is something like this

depending on the next rank if u recrute X number of people u get promoted

ex
Airman)X( recru 2 members they stay for at least two day= promotion

other one


other one would be whit wins
ex.
Airman)X( have 10(any number) of win whit account = promotion

yes is an good idea but.... Evil or Very Mad to be promoted i think you must play a lot not to recruit only.
